We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the accounting field while supporting day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and records.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable entries with accuracy.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledgers.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data collection.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audits.

✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
