Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager Assistant to support our sales department and assist the Sales Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day operations and client communications
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and invoices
- Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation
- Follow up on customer inquiries and orders
- Organize meetings, prepare presentations, and support in sales proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive team player
