Full job description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across assigned territories in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, proven experience in B2B sales, and established relationships with pharmaceutical distributors, modern trade, and large retail chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated area.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with pharmaceutical distributors, wholesalers, and healthcare partners.
  • Handle B2B negotiations with key accounts, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
  • Lead negotiations with large retail chains, supermarkets, pharmacies, and modern trade outlets to list and stock company products.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal shelf placement across key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and supply chain teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplements.
  • Strong background in distributor negotiation and B2B sales.
  • Proven experience working with modern trade and large retail chains.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and territories.
  • UAE market knowledge is essential; existing distributor or retail network is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
