We are urgently hiring a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs align with client needs, industry standards, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs based on client requirements.
• Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed plans using design software.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring projects to life.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address design challenges.
• Present and revise design proposals based on client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience as an architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and approval processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
