Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and personable Arabic-speaking Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome for visitors and clients while maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner (in Arabic and English).
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Translate basic documents/information and assist with Arabic-English communication when required.
- Handle inquiries in social media platforms
- Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide general information about the company to walk-in clients and callers.
- Assist with document preparation and customer service inquiries in Arabic.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or secretarial training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
