About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Admissions Counsellor / Sales Executive to join our growing international education consultancy as we expand into the UAE market.

This role will be the first point of contact for students interested in studying medicine and dentistry abroad. You will handle enquiries, conduct consultations, follow up with leads, and convert prospective students into enrolled clients.

You will also support our UK admissions team when required and take part in marketing and outreach activities across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Sales

  • Handle inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Conduct initial student consultations
  • Explain admission requirements, university options, and company services
  • Assess student eligibility and recommend suitable pathways
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into signed clients
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Client Engagement (Dubai)

  • Meet students and parents in person at the Dubai office when required
  • Act as the local point of contact for UAE-based clients
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Marketing & Outreach

  • Record short promotional videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Visit schools, colleges, and education centres in Dubai
  • Conduct outreach to schools and student networks
  • Build partnerships with schools and education consultancies
  • Attend education-related events when required

UK Team Support

  • Assist the UK admissions team during quieter UAE periods
  • Take inbound calls and conduct follow-ups for UK-based leads

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, 5 days per week
  • Includes weekends
  • 2 weekdays off
  • Hybrid working model (office visits, school visits, and remote work)

Requirements:

Essential

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Confident speaking with students and parents
  • Comfortable conducting phone and video consultations
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up skills
  • Comfortable recording short videos for social media
  • Based in Dubai and able to attend meetings in person
  • Fluent in English

Preferred

  • Experience in education consultancy, admissions, student recruitment, or sales
  • Knowledge of international education systems
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Existing education or school network in Dubai is an advantage
