Job Summary

To efficiently manage and coordinate the delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate shipments based on product availability. Execute administrative tasks related to order tracking, document preparation, and record-keeping. Oversee warehouse stock levels and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory. Monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, and overall stock management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan deliveries considering product availability
  • Monitor and track orders for on-time deliveries
  • Prepare necessary delivery documents
  • Maintain accurate and updated records
  • Oversee warehouse stock levels and initiate orders when necessary (Note: Removing outdated stock is not an administrative responsibility)
  • Receive, move, check, and store incoming goods
