We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, support various departments, and maintain a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain client documentation, contracts, and files.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a support or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
