Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Administrator / HR Assistant to support our daily office operations and basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration
- Managing day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Arranging travel bookings, meetings, and schedules
- Preparing company presentations and reports
- Maintaining company records and archives
- Supporting management in daily coordination tasks
HR Support
- Maintaining employee attendance and leave records
- Assisting with recruitment (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Preparing employee documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
- Supporting onboarding of new employees
- Maintaining employee personal files
- Coordinating with PRO for visa and document processing
- Assisting in HR reporting and payroll data collection
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop & editing tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Admin or HR-related role
- Knowledge of UAE labor procedures (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
