About Us:
We are a growing real estate management company handling villas and buildings across the region. As a small-to-medium sized company, we value efficiency, reliability, and teamwork. We are looking for a motivated individual to support our accounting, operations, and maintenance coordination functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and record rent payments, including paid/pending status, date, and method of payment.
• Remind management of cheque deposits related to rent collection.
• Notify management about upcoming lease renewal dates with villa and building owners.
• Attend calls from tenants regarding maintenance complaints and forward them promptly to the maintenance team.
• Purchase goods and deliver them to designated sites or destinations.
• Supervise the maintenance team and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
• Provide general office support (approximately 1–2 hours daily).
• Perform additional tasks as the company grows and based on performance.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic accounting knowledge (rent collection, payment tracking, etc.)
• Valid UAE driving license (for site deliveries and purchases)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proactive, reliable, and able to follow up on tasks with attention to detail
