Role Overview:

We are hiring a professional Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of a leading nursery school in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be organized, child-friendly, and capable of handling parents, staff, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations, parent enquiries, and visitor interactions
  • Handle admissions, student registration, and maintain documentation
  • Support daily nursery operations and coordinate with teachers & management
  • Prepare reports, schedules, attendance records, and official communication
  • Maintain and update administrative databases and filing systems
  • Assist with events, parent meetings, and school communications
  • Ensure compliance with ADEK and nursery operational standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a school or nursery
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional, friendly, and able to handle parents confidently
  • Must be currently in UAE
  • Immediate joiner preferred
