Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to oversee the daily operations of our training institute. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an educational environment such as a school, college, or training center, and will be skilled in managing admissions, student records, payments, and communications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student enrollment processes including registration, documentation, and data entry.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate course and schedule information.
  • Follow up on leads and pending enrollments to achieve admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for fee collection and maintaining financial records.
  • Maintain and update student records, attendance, and examination data.
  • Organize examinations, including scheduling, invigilation, and result compilation.
  • Support trainers and management with day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Manage general office administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (preferably in an educational institution).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Own visa preferred.
