Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare official correspondence and reports in both Arabic and English.
- Organize, maintain, and archive files and documents systematically.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Contribute to improving administrative procedures and developing work methods.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in administration and follow-up.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
