Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare official correspondence and reports in both Arabic and English.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive files and documents systematically.
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Contribute to improving administrative procedures and developing work methods.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in administration and follow-up.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • nationality is Arab
