We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide essential administrative support to our sales agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors at the front desk in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
  • Schedule appointments and manage agents’ calendars
  • Assist sales agents with documentation, contracts, and promotion
  • Maintain accurate records of clients and transactions
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in real estate, admin, or receptionist role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Proficient in managing portal requirements and updating listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
  • Hands-on experience with Property Finder Portal is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills to act as a liaison among clients, employees, agents, senior executives, and external agencies
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately to team members or executives.
