Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and support
  • Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
  • Support the team in project management and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by implementing best practices in administrative procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and administrative processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
