Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, well-organized, reliable Admin & Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will handle front desk operations and provide administrative support to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage the check-in process, and direct guests to the appropriate department.
  • Call Handling: Manage a multi-line telephone system; answer, screen, and forward calls professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Assist finance team for basic accounting tasks.
  • Office Coordination
  • Data Entry

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Software: Tally Knowledge is mandatory.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
