We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant based in our Dubai office.

Day to Day responsibilities and duties will include:

Provides an all-encompassing administration service to colleagues, employees, and managers in the following areas:

  • Must have knowledge in Real Estate industry
  • Assist in making tenancy contracts and maintaining clients data base
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure Admin support is provided at all times.
  • Any other reasonable task as requested by line management
  • Ensure all training you are required to undertake is completed in a timely manner
  • Assisting with monthly reports information
  • Maintain trackers and records
  • Assist with arranging unit availabilities

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft techniques.
  • Ability to interact with varying levels of staff and management from various backgrounds
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently to deadlines where required

Requirements:

· Good speaking skills in both Arabic and English. (Multilingual preferred)

· Excellent computer skills in typing, Microsoft, and Excel

· Problem solving skills.

· Ability to work within a team

Preferred Candidate

Years of Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Higher diploma
