BRASCO ADVISORS is a Dubai-based advisory and corporate services firm supporting international companies and investors entering and expanding in the UAE.
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day corporate and advisory operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, proposal preparation, document organization, and meeting scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and advisory team
- Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and corporate documents
- Organize and maintain client and project records
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
- Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with internal reports and documentation as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a corporate, consulting, or professional services environment
- Familiarity with UAE office practices
- Experience supporting senior management
- Additional languages are an advantage (preferably Portuguese)
