Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for administrative, clerical, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support for daily office operations
- Manage reception duties, greet clients, and handle calls and emails professionally
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor management
- Support clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain property-related records, documents, and databases
- Coordinate AMC schedules, renewals, and follow-ups with service providers
- Track maintenance requests and service reports
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documentation
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record management
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments as required
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Male Candidate Only (due to the nature of work)
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative (UAE)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle clients professionally
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in property management or facilities management
- Knowledge of AMC contracts and maintenance coordination
- Experience working in UAE/GCC environment
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
