Position: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and daily office tasks
  • Handle client inquiries and assist with documentation
  • Prepare reports, files, and correspondence
  • Ensure smooth coordination within the office

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous administrative experience is an advantage
  • Female required!!
  • Preferably good-looking and well groomed.
