Position: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Manage schedules, appointments, and daily office tasks
- Handle client inquiries and assist with documentation
- Prepare reports, files, and correspondence
- Ensure smooth coordination within the office
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage
- Female required!!
- Preferably good-looking and well groomed.
