We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.
The ideal candidate must have strong English skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and maintaining organized records.
  • Preparing, sending, and responding to emails professionally.
  • Using Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks and reporting.
  • Assisting with general office duties and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating basic documentation and ensuring accuracy.
  • Supporting management with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Handling basic follow-ups and ensuring timely task completion.

Requirements:

  • Strong English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize data and documents effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Previous admin or office experience is a plus.
