Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to support our daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with limited experience who is eager to learn administrative tasks, data entry, purchasing support, and basic accounting functions. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Office Support
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Handle basic correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Help maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed
Data Entry
- Enter and update information in company systems with accuracy
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Purchasing Assistance
- Support the team with preparing purchase orders
- Help track orders and follow up with suppliers
Invoice & Accounting Support
- Assist with preparing and organizing invoices
- Help the accounts team with basic accounting tasks such as filing, sorting, or data entry
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Diploma or degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
