Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily tasks of workers to ensure full compliance with company policies.
  • Enforce discipline and maintain strict control over staff performance.
  • Oversee bookings and ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Solve operational issues quickly and make decisive calls when needed.
  • Submit concise and clear operational reports directly to management.
  • Be fully available and flexible to support management and follow up on operational tasks whenever required. ✅

Requirements

  • Mandatory: A strong personality with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and control workers effectively. ✅
  • Fast thinker, proactive, and able to handle unexpected situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in small or startup companies is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be fully dedicated and available to support management whenever needed.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.

Job Benefits
