Job Responsible

  • Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails and messages professionally, and other correspondence
  • Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Assisting the A/C Trading Department in preparing quotations and ensuring smooth daily operations within the trading function.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Hindi and English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Female and male candidates are preferred.
