This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in AJMAN . The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, maintaining organized records, and providing executive administrative assistance. Additional tasks include clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills

Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence

Organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
