About the Role:
Oak Realty Real Estate LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across the office. Candidates with prior real estate industry experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative support to all departments.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, agreements, and property files.
  • Coordinate with agents, developers, and external partners for documentation and registration.
  • Handle office correspondence, emails, calls, and scheduling of meetings.
  • Assist with company renewals, licenses, and general compliance tasks.
  • Liaise with the PRO for visa, trade license, and other government-related processes.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintain vendor records.
  • Support management with reports, data entry, and general office coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in real estate administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.
