Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers.
  • Record service details and update job progress.
  • Coordinate with technicians for timely delivery.
  • Prepare simple reports for management.
  • Maintain contact lists and assist in basic customer follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam preferred.
  • Familiarity with automotive services is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred but not required.
