Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers.
- Record service details and update job progress.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely delivery.
- Prepare simple reports for management.
- Maintain contact lists and assist in basic customer follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Good communication and computer skills.
- English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive services is an advantage.
- UAE driving license preferred but not required.
