Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties: filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
- Prepare professional documents such as memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
- Maintain and update reports and records for domestic workers.
- Take meeting notes and minutes when required.
- Answer internal and external queries about domestic workers.
- Update and maintain information in the ERP system.
- Handle domestic worker contracts: receive, sort, prepare, and archive.
- Print, scan, and photocopy documents as needed.
- Track and record attendance for all domestic workers.
- Be the main point of contact for domestic workers needing office support.
- Provide assistance to domestic workers facing challenges, such as abuse, complaints, or grievances.
Qualifications & Skills:
- With or without experience in Tadbeer.
- Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a supportive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
