We are looking for a highly organized and energetic individual with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *SIRA Admin Portal Support*

– Serve as a backup for managing tasks on the SIRA Admin Portal in the absence of the primary administrator.

– Ensure compliance and timely submissions through the portal as needed.

2. *Communication & Coordination*

– Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative operational support related to the technical team and AMC support inquiries.

– Coordinate with the operations team to apply for work permits for projects and support services.

– Facilitate communication among the operations, technical, and support teams.

– Maintain accurate records of reports, client interactions, and internal communications.

– Ensure timely updates in the workflow management system (Monday.com).

3. *Logistics & Delivery Tracking*

– Monitor and track devices and equipment scheduled for delivery to project sites.

– Collaborate with the Procurement and Operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery to sites.

4. *CRM Management*

– Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records on Monday.com.

– Ensure that customer listings and details are accurate, complete, and regularly updated.

5. *Invoicing Support*

– Assist the accounts team with proper invoicing for support services by keeping track of service reports.

*Qualifications:*

– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles.

– Proficiency in using CRM platforms, such as ( Monday.com )or similar tools.

– Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

– Hands-on experience with ERP software.

– Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

-Preferable with UAE Experience
