Full job description
We are looking for a Lady Office Administrator to join our team in MBZ, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office activities and operations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Handle documentation and filing (hard and soft copy)
- Coordinate with clients and assist during client visits
- Ensure smooth communication within departments and with clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to MBZ area
