We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations (data entry such as quotations, invoicing, expense tracking).
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports.
  • Manage general administrative tasks (filing, documentation, correspondence).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Provide support for HR and office management duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in accounts and admin roles is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of accounting/office software is an added value.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
