Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer service and front-desk support
- Manage vehicle reservations and client inquiries via phone, email, and approved messaging platforms
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and return schedules with internal teams
- Prepare and maintain administrative documents, records, and checklists
- Provide administrative support across HR coordination, PRO processes, and basic accounting tasks as required
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Additional language skills (such as Korean) are an advantage for supporting diverse client needs
- Experience in administrative, customer service, hospitality, automotive, or car rental environments is preferred
- Familiarity with UAE business practices or local market experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- High attention to detail and a professional approach to client service
