Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Officer with experience in carpentry and steel fabrication works to support daily administrative and project-related operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate between site, workshop, and management teams while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and clerical duties related to carpentry and steel projects
- Maintain project documents, drawings, work orders, and material records
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and workshop teams
- Prepare correspondence, reports, delivery notes, and purchase requests
- Track manpower attendance, timesheets, and site documentation
- Assist with procurement records for carpentry and steel materials
- Maintain vendor, subcontractor, and client documentation
- Schedule meetings and manage office communications
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of documents
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years of administrative experience in carpentry, joinery, or steel fabrication industry
- Familiarity with carpentry, steel fabrication, and construction terminology
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience working with project-based or site-based teams
