Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office documentation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist in logistics coordination and documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Support HR and accounting departments when needed
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and internal communication
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in logistics or trading
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • UAE experience is a plus
