Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations and office documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in logistics coordination and documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Support HR and accounting departments when needed
- Prepare reports, schedules, and internal communication
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in logistics or trading
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- UAE experience is a plus
