Responsibilities

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in Admin/HR role
  • Knowledge of property listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder)
  • Understanding of Dubai real estate policies and RERA regulations
  • Experience with Trakheesi permits and contracts (A, B & F)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Real estate experience is a strong advantage
