Job Description:
SM Motorz, a luxury car showroom located in Al Quoz, is hiring an Admin Executive to handle showroom administrative tasks and support basic social media activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative and office work
- Manage calls, WhatsApp, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain records, documentation, and daily reports
- Create and manage social media reels and posts
- Coordinate with sales and management team
- Support day-to-day showroom operations
Requirements:
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Previous admin experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is a bonus
- Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram/Facebook reels)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Salary:
- Up to AED 5,000 (based on experience)
