Full job description
Manage and maintain property listings, client records, and agency databases
- Handle all administrative duties related to real estate transactions (Form A, B, F, MOU, tenancy contracts, NOCs, Title Deeds, etc.)
- Coordinate with DLD, RERA, developers, and other government entities for required documentation
- Prepare reports on agents’ deals, property performance, and market updates
- Assist in managing broker/agent schedules, meetings, and client follow-ups
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers as needed
- Monitor and renew property listings on online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
- Assist with marketing support including preparing flyers, online ads, and social media listings
- Ensure office documents are filed and archived properly (physical and digital)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a real estate administrative or similar role in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market practices and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with Trakheesi, DLD, Ejari, and RERA processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
