Full job description

Manage and maintain property listings, client records, and agency databases

  • Handle all administrative duties related to real estate transactions (Form A, B, F, MOU, tenancy contracts, NOCs, Title Deeds, etc.)
  • Coordinate with DLD, RERA, developers, and other government entities for required documentation
  • Prepare reports on agents’ deals, property performance, and market updates
  • Assist in managing broker/agent schedules, meetings, and client follow-ups
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers as needed
  • Monitor and renew property listings on online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
  • Assist with marketing support including preparing flyers, online ads, and social media listings
  • Ensure office documents are filed and archived properly (physical and digital)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a real estate administrative or similar role in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market practices and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with Trakheesi, DLD, Ejari, and RERA processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
