Job Description

  • Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer’s expectations.
  • Guarantying the quality of service
  • Leading and promoting the products of the restaurant internally
  • Organizing the welcoming of guests
  • Developing a commercial behavior in order to improve the indicators of performance of the point of sale
  • Developing a commercial behavior in order to be a source of suggestions for clients.
  • Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
  • Presenting the bill to the client and proceeding to his / her checkout according to the procedures
  • Respecting all the administrative procedures of the restaurant
  • Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing) Arabic speaker, Russian speaker.
  • Interest and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent presentation and elocution
  • Mastering techniques of sales and service
