Habico Properties, a leading real estate company in Business Bay, is looking for a professional and reliable Admin / Receptionist to join our team. This role includes front desk duties, general administration, and direct support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings
  • Register new projects, agents, and client leads with major developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, etc.)
  • Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, including calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documents, property listings, and marketing materials
  • Maintain accurate records and internal databases
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and keep the reception area professional
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required
  • Perform general administrative and office tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an admin or receptionist (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Experience supporting senior management or CEOs is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Currently based in Dubai; immediate joiners preferred
  • Female candidates only
