Habico Properties, a leading real estate company in Business Bay, is looking for a professional and reliable Admin / Receptionist to join our team. This role includes front desk duties, general administration, and direct support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings
- Register new projects, agents, and client leads with major developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, etc.)
- Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize documents, property listings, and marketing materials
- Maintain accurate records and internal databases
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and keep the reception area professional
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required
- Perform general administrative and office tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience as an admin or receptionist (real estate experience is a plus)
- Experience supporting senior management or CEOs is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Currently based in Dubai; immediate joiners preferred
- Female candidates only
