Full job description

We are looking for an experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a female professional with 2–3 years of proven experience working with a company setup firm in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle all DED (Department of Economic Development) processes and documentation

✅ Manage interactions and licensing matters with various Free Zones

✅ Oversee all Tasheel and Immigration formalities and applications

✅ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and government regulations

✅ Coordinate with government departments to ensure smooth processing of applications and renewals

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in a similar role (company setup / business consultancy firm preferred)

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and business setup processes

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Currently based in the UAE
