Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and personal assistance to the CEO.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Handle internal communication, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, and follow-up on management directives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Operation Manager, finance, marketing, and medical team) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in handling confidential information and maintaining filing systems.
  • Support in organizing company events, staff schedules, and patient coordination if required.
  • Perform general office administration and ensure professional communication with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or PA (preferably in healthcare or corporate setup).
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
