Job Role:
You will work directly with the Managing Partner of Mamari Estates, taking ownership of day‑to‑day operations, client communications, and project management. Your mission: help to scale both personally and company‑wide through strong delegation, organization, and real‑estate expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all communications (email, WhatsApp, follow‑ups)
-Schedule meetings and maintain my calendar
-Research and list properties on portals
-Create/manage WhatsApp deal groups
-Produce property videos, forms, and Excel reports
-Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to boost productivity
-Support client meetings and coordinate internally
-Serve as the bridge between agents, clients, and management
Must‑Have Requirements:
-Based in Dubai (no exceptions)
-Proven Dubai real‑estate experience (sales/admin/contracts A, B, F, I, leasing)
-Sales or management background—demonstrated track record of helping leaders/teams achieve results
-Tech‑savvy: comfortable with AI tools, WhatsApp, Google drive, Canva, Excel, Email
-Organized, proactive, and reliable
-Driving license (preferred)
