About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Admin/Personal Assistant to support day-to-day business and personal operations. This is a full-time position, mostly remote, offering flexibility along with a need for responsibility and initiative.
Female candidates are preferred for this role, due to the nature of the personal support tasks involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain digital files and manage cloud storage systems.
- Manage calendars, reminders, and task lists.
- Handle personal tasks such as booking appointments, making reservations, and managing subscriptions.
- Liaise with household service providers and vendors.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating personal or family-related events.
- Run occasional local errands (if applicable and location permits).
- Help track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct light research and data entry.
- Support content or social media scheduling (if required).
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative or personal assistant (2+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
- Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working remotely.
- Familiarity with small business, entrepreneurship, or creative industries.
- Flexibility to occasionally assist outside standard working hours, if needed.
