Full job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Overall organization of various company meetings and activities, including but not limited to coordinating time and venues, preparing meeting materials, taking meeting notes, and promptly and accurately preparing meeting minutes, etc.

2. Responsible for the full-process management of administrative office documents to ensure standardized and orderly document management.

3. Undertake daily administrative management work, such as management of office supplies inventory, maintenance and cleanliness of the office environment, and implementation and supervision of various administrative rules and regulations, etc.

4. Responsible for the management of company vehicles, including vehicle dispatching and calculation and reimbursement of related expenses, to ensure the safe and normal operation of vehicles.

5. Assist HR specialists in carrying out attendance management work for local employees.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in both English and Arabic; proficient in using English for daily communication and processing work documents.

2. Proficient in using common office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., and able to efficiently complete document editing, data processing, presentation creation and other tasks.

3. Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher; those with relevant majors such as administrative management, secretarial studies, business administration are preferred.

4. Have at least 3 years of administrative work experience, familiar with administrative work processes and methods for handling various affairs.

5. Hold a valid driver’s license, have proficient driving skills, and be familiar with local traffic rules in Dubai.
