We are looking for an Admin / Office Management Assistant to manage daily office operations. The role focuses on office cleanliness, organization, inventory control, and stock management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage office cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure pantry, storage, and office areas are clean and well maintained
  • Monitor inventory of supplies, tools, linen, and materials
  • Track stock levels and report low or missing items
  • Organize storage areas and keep records updated
  • Support packing and preparation of supplies for daily jobs
  • Coordinate with operations and inventory teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in admin, office support, or inventory preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Ability to follow processes and checklists
  • Basic English communication required
  • Computer knowledge is an advantage
