Responsibilities – Admin, Sales & Marketing Executive
Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
- Promote the institute’s courses and activities through online and offline marketing.
- Handle customer inquiries, give information about classes, and convert leads into admissions.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure enrollment and renewals.
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media pages, post regular updates, and respond to inquiries.
- Develop creative marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and WhatsApp messages.
- Coordinate with schools, communities, and partner organizations for collaborations and promotions.
- Track marketing results and report leads, conversions, and monthly sales performance.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, parents, and the community.
- Suggest new ideas to improve marketing reach and student admissions.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle reception and front-desk duties — greeting visitors, attending calls, and managing inquiries.
- Maintain proper records of admissions, inquiries, payments, and attendance.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and correspondence for management.
- Coordinate between the teaching staff and management for smooth operations.
- Support daily office administration, including filing, emails, and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, welcoming, and professional.
