Admin/HR Officer

Job Qualifications

A. HR Management:

  • Expertise in talent acquisition, hiring, and employee retention strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting overseas manpower to meet workforce demands.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and UAE Labor Laws for compliant operations.
  • Experienced in recruiting, managing, and retaining blue-collar workers across various skills
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and administrative matters.
  • Apply strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills in alignment with HR goals and policies.
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats within professional HR settings.
  • Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills to streamline and support HR functions.
  • Maintains high attention to detail, particularly when managing confidential HR matters.
  • Effectively works under pressure to consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactively implements strategies to boost employee motivation and engagement.

B. Administrative Management:

  • Support visa processing, renewals, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll data preparation
  • Assist with audits, internal reports, and documentation for HR and Admin functions
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the management team.
  • Ensure the office environment is conducive to work and fully operational.
  • Oversee general office administration, including managing supplies
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and management.
  • Ensure all legal/government documents and mandatory certifications are tracked and up-to-date pertaining to Trade License, Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality etc.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of company documents including trade license, tenancy contracts, vehicle registrations, and insurance policies.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Oversee the company’s fleet of vehicles, including registration, insurance, maintenance, and renewals.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date logs and reminders for all expiring contracts, permits, and documents.
  • Handle Salik, fines, and other RTA-related documentation and online systems.
  • Preparing reports and helping in Processing payroll
  • Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in human resources or business administration
  • 5 years of UAE experience in blue-collar/skilled worker recruitment is a Mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools for efficient personnel management and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industries is highly preferred.
  • Possess strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing requirements.
  • Capable of managing high-volume recruitment efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
