Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. The HR Executive will play a key role in building a positive company culture and supporting the growth of our skilled workforce in the maintenance and renovation sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and government documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee relations and address grievances professionally and promptly.
- Support department heads in workforce planning and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance systems in coordination with the finance team.
- Organize training, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in facilities management, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
