HR Assistant Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and benefits information.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and email inquiries.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain the company’s calendar and schedule.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
- Any degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
