We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow. The ideal candidate should be proactive, productive, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced events environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
– Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
– Coordinate schedules, meetings, and event-related logistics
– Maintain records, files, and databases accurately
– Support the events and operations team as needed
– Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and partners
– Prepare quotations and proposals, fast and reliable.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
